BridgeU Global – International Programs & Events

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all programs, events, and services offered by BridgeU Global LLC (“BridgeU Global,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to the Summer 2026 China Cultural & Innovation Trip (“Program”). By registering, submitting payment, or participating, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Nature & Scope
BridgeU Global provides educational and cultural exchange programs. We act as a program organizer and facilitator, coordinating travel, accommodations, activities, and educational experiences through third-party providers and local partners.
BridgeU Global does not operate airlines, hotels, transportation services, or medical facilities and is not responsible for their independent actions or omissions.
2. Eligibility & Participation Requirements
Participants must be 18–45 years old at the time of departure.
Participants must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity beyond the program end date.
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, travel documents, and approvals.
BridgeU Global reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant at its discretion.
3. Registration & Payment Terms
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers (including Early Bird incentives) are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of participation.
4. What Is Included / Not Included
Included (unless otherwise stated):
Round-trip international airfare
Accommodations (4+ star hotels or equivalent)
Scheduled meals
Program transportation
Planned educational and cultural activities
Not Included:
Visa and passport fees
Personal expenses
Optional or unscheduled activities
Medical expenses
5. Itinerary Changes & Program Modifications
Program schedules, accommodations, activities, and transportation are subject to change due to weather, safety, logistics, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
BridgeU Global reserves the right to modify or substitute program components as necessary.
No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes that do not materially affect the program.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Participant-Initiated Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and non-refundable costs incurred (including airfare and deposits).
Certain costs may be non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Program Cancellation by BridgeU Global
BridgeU Global may cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
In such cases, refunds will exclude unrecoverable third-party costs.
7. Health, Medical & Fitness Responsibility
Participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
Participants are responsible for managing personal medical needs, medications, and health conditions.
BridgeU Global is not responsible for medical treatment, expenses, or outcomes.
Participants authorize BridgeU Global to seek emergency medical assistance if necessary.
8. Conduct & Behavior Policy
Participants agree to:
Follow all program rules and staff instructions
Comply with local laws and cultural norms
Behave respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, and hosts
BridgeU Global reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Illness or injury
Transportation delays or accidents
Political or governmental actions
Natural disasters
Theft or loss of personal property
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
10. Release of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Participants release BridgeU Global, its officers, employees, partners, and agents from liability for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeU Global from claims arising from their actions or negligence.
11. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include medical coverage, emergency evacuation, trip interruption, and personal property protection.
BridgeU Global does not provide personal insurance unless explicitly stated.
12. Force Majeure
BridgeU Global is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government actions
Acts of war or terrorism
Transportation disruptions
13. Photography, Video & Media Release
Participants grant BridgeU Global the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the program for promotional and marketing purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to departure.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is collected solely for program administration and communication.
BridgeU Global does not sell participant data.
Information may be shared with third-party providers as required to operate the program.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, submitting payment, or participating in a BridgeU Global program, the participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
